Our Chapters

Kenya Youth For Christ is currently present in these Regions

Nairobi

In Nairobi we have 3 Centres; Kibera, Dagoretti South and Satellite. We engage in School outreach, Street Concerts, Children Ministry, Missions and weekly Bible Studies. We currently have 10 leaders that makes up Nairobi Leadership team. We have a team of 74 Volunteers. Our goal is to call, equip and send young people to reach their peers with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We have seen growth in Christian unions in schools and Godly leadership being modelled. Teachers acknowledge that discipline and academic performance have improved due to our Worth the Wait program. We have seen young people walking into our Centers with sad stories of dysfunctional families and drug abuse. After a period of time, through prayer and Mentorship, they come out as great leaders.

Our future plans is to open 2 new chapters in 2023 in Nairobi.

Meru

This centre is based in Meru County. The team is involved in high school ministries, church ministries, doing missions (e.g.Tharaka, Marimanti school for the deaf, Kitui), communal work (e.g. garbage collection and grass cutting), evangelism, project mjengo( they help out at construction sites as they evangelize) among others. This is done by a group of volunteers who are trained regularly together with their coordinators.

Malindi

A short paragraph describing exactly what the chapter is about

Eldoret

KYFC Uasin-Gishu began in 2008 and has been doing ministry in various parts of Uasin-Gishu and North rift region. Some of the areas reached include; Eldoret, Kitale, Kericho, Kabarnet, Kapsabet, Maseno, Kilifi and some parts of Western Kenya. We have also had the privilege of going to International missions to Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi.

Would you serve God cheerfully with the gift given unto you? Do you have a burden for fellow young people lost in the world?

We are raising a generation of young people characterized by prowess in spiritual warfare, boldness in evangelism, passion in social involvement and godliness in leadership.
